Description

LIMITED EDITION Product

This waistcoat is inspired by the form of a samurai katana — a symbol of precision, strength, and discipline. This austere idea is softened by the delicate satin silk from which the waistcoat is made.

The surface is adorned with stunning silk thread embroidery, which adds depth and elegance to the form. The whole is complemented by a long, heavy belt — you can wear it to emphasize the waist and the waistcoat's construction, or leave the form loose, less formal, more everyday.

The waistcoat looks great worn directly on the body, but also works well in layered styling — over a shirt or turtleneck.

It's a form balancing between strength and subtlety.
Between structure and softness.

We create clothes for women who don't want to look like everyone else. Our short runs, meticulous designs, and exquisite fabrics allow you to dress consciously – with character, without compromise.

Jo.S Vision

Jo.S is an alternative to mass production and repetitiveness. We sew ethically and locally, using fabrics sourced from the archives of the biggest fashion houses – this ensures that each item is limited edition, refined, and made from material that is difficult to acquire a second time.

We sew locally in small family-run sewing workshops, in short series and with respect for the work of experts. We use archival fabrics from the biggest fashion houses, creating an ethical and conscious essence of slow fashion.
