The disappointment of a product not meeting your expectations is difficult for both you and me. That's why the exchange or return process has been simplified to the absolute minimum.
That's why we're introducing FAST RETURNS, which can be processed within 14 days of the product delivery date.
Requirements/Returns
1. The product must be new, unworn, and must have all original tags attached. This is essential for return approval. A return form should also be included in the box.

Returned products must be sent by registered mail with tracking. The store is not responsible for returns sent in a manner that prevents tracking..
3. The goods must be securely packed. The seller is not responsible for any defects incurred during transportation.
