Refund policy
The disappointment of a product not meeting your expectations is difficult for both you and me. That's why the exchange or return process has been simplified to the absolute minimum.
That's why we're introducing FAST RETURNS (for Polish orders only) which can be processed within 14 days of the product delivery date.
Requirements/Returns
1. The product must be new, unworn, and must have all original tags attached. This is essential for return approval. A return form or at least an order number should also be placed in the box.
2. The buyer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to make a return, with the return being considered the date of shipment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns address:

Returned products must be sent by door to door registered package with tracking. The store is not responsible for returns sent in a manner that prevents tracking or door to door delivery. Ensure that your international package has a CLEAR sign at the top of the box stating: RETURN (to avoid additional duties)
3. The goods must be securely packed. The seller is not responsible for any defects incurred during transportation.
4. The seller undertakes to process returns within 14 days of receipt.
6. We have a statutory return processing period of up to 14 business days. However, we aim to process returns on a weekly basis whenever possible.
Your refund will include the cost of the returned item(s) and the original shipping charge (where applicable). Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are non-refundable.
