Hi,

Returns are unfortunately a part of every online store's life.

We are sorry that the product did not meet your expectations and we hope that next time it will be a success.

Some helpful information:

• You can return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order without giving a reason, although such information will certainly help us improve our offer.
• We refund the full amount of the order, provided that it is returned in an unaltered, unworn condition, with all original tags and safeguards.
  • We have introduced additional product safeguards. Please do not remove them if you are unsure whether you want to keep the product. Removal of safeguards or signs of use may affect the possibility of a full refund.
• The cost of returning the product remains with the Buyer.
• Please include the Return Form or at least an order number in the parcel. Its absence may extend the return process.
• Please use only tracked door-to door services. We do not accept returns sent via Polish Post.

• After receiving a return, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days to process. We will send an email confirmation when the process is complete.

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international returns subject to customs clearance, it is necessary to mark the shipment as "goods return". Otherwise, any re-customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

   

We recommend using Quick Return (for Polish orders) which will facilitate the process, but we would still appreciate it if you attach the Return Form below.
