Description

The Origami Overshirt combines the functionality of utilitarian apparel with feminine finesse. The main body is crafted from cotton gabardine: a classic, durable fabric traditionally used in transitional jackets. Here, it takes the form of a large, strong, slightly exaggerated shirt with a distinct, structured silhouette.

Its character is defined by the back, made from fine checked wool, arranged in precise pleats that move softly and beautifully with every movement. This same check motif subtly reappears under the collar, inside the cuffs, and under the pocket flaps, creating a thoughtful, cohesive detail.

Origami is formally a shirt, but thanks to its gabardine fabric and construction, it can function as a light transitional jacket. Strong yet feminine. Expressive, structured, and very unique – balancing between utility and sophisticated tailoring.

One size fits all, and Nikola is 175 cm tall.

Jo.S Mission

We create clothes for women who don't want to look like everyone else. Our short runs, meticulous designs, and exquisite fabrics allow you to dress consciously – with character, without compromise.

Jo.S Vision

Jo.S is an alternative to mass production and repetitiveness. We sew ethically and locally, using fabrics sourced from the archives of the biggest fashion houses – this ensures that each item is limited edition, refined, and made from material that is difficult to acquire a second time.

We sew locally in small family-run sewing workshops, in short series and with respect for the work of experts. We use archival fabrics from the biggest fashion houses, creating an ethical and conscious essence of slow fashion.
