Description

Paddington Aubergine is an expressive jacket inspired by British style, broken up by the Japanese simplicity characteristic of Jo.S. It is crafted from high-quality wool from the Max Mara archives in a warm, deep shade of aubergine. The piece is finished with a contrasting lining in a deep bottle green.

The double-breasted fastening and high stand-up collar give it an elegant, distinct form, while the wide, slightly barrel-cut sleeves can be adjusted at the cuff with a button.

There is a small pocket on the right shoulder. It is a detail that combines character with practicality and is one of the leitmotifs of the entire collection.

Paddington was designed with transitional weather and milder winters in mind. Its relaxed fit allows it to be worn over a chunky sweater as well as under more layered outfits.

Pictured paired with the Uni Stripes Shirt and Taper Brown Ash trousers.

Jo.S Mission

We create clothes for women who don't want to look like everyone else. Our short runs, meticulous designs, and exquisite fabrics allow you to dress consciously – with character, without compromise.

Jo.S Vision

Jo.S is an alternative to mass production and repetitiveness. We sew ethically and locally, using fabrics sourced from the archives of the biggest fashion houses – this ensures that each item is limited edition, refined, and made from material that is difficult to acquire a second time.

We sew locally in small family-run sewing workshops, in short series and with respect for the work of experts. We use archival fabrics from the biggest fashion houses, creating an ethical and conscious essence of slow fashion.
