Description

A classic in a premium version.

The cut of this kimono alludes to traditional yukata, tied at the waist with a belt, with a 3/4 length lapel (collar). All of this creates not only a brilliant cover-up but also a completely interesting version of a dress, allowing for many styling options.

Fabric - from afar, it screams quality: a sand-colored mélange, subtle, airy, and elegant. A blend of viscose with acetate – a combination of breathability and a flowing, super-light form with a subtle sheen like the most expensive silk.

Joanna is 178cm tall.

Features
  • Colour: Beige-grey melange with a subtle sheen
  • Flowy and lightweight
  • Tie-waist, with belt loops

  • Most of my kimonos have openings under the sleeves ("sode" sleeves) through which you can easily put your arms, letting the sleeve flap fall slightly backwards. This completely changes the character of the kimono and is very practical when sitting at a table. I recommend trying it!

Why should you be here?

Jo.S Mission

We create clothes for women who don't want to look like everyone else. Our short runs, meticulous designs, and exquisite fabrics allow you to dress consciously – with character, without compromise.

Jo.S Vision

Jo.S is an alternative to mass production and repetitiveness. We sew ethically and locally, using fabrics sourced from the archives of the biggest fashion houses – this ensures that each item is limited edition, refined, and made from material that is difficult to acquire a second time.

We sew locally in small family-run sewing workshops, in short series and with respect for the work of experts. We use archival fabrics from the biggest fashion houses, creating an ethical and conscious essence of slow fashion.
