Description

The Crimson Kimono is the answer to the needs of summer in the city. It covers a little but also reveals a lot, while fitting in with the current fashion for transparent clothing.

The cut of this kimono refers to the traditional yukata: tying with 4 ties, with a facing (collar) cut to 3/4 length. All of this creates not only a brilliant cover-up but also a completely interesting version of a dress, allowing for many ways of tying.

The fabric - 100% viscose - comes from my beloved English designer and is definitely of excellent quality.

Features
  • Colour: red
  • Slightly transparent, airy
  • Tied with 4 ties

  • Most of my kimonos have openings under the sleeves ("sode" sleeves), through which you can easily put your hands, throwing the sleeve flap slightly backwards. This completely changes the character of the kimono and works practically well at the table. I recommend trying it!
Dimensions

One-size-fits-all:

  • length 121 cm,
  • width at bust 67 cm,
  • length from collar to sleeve end 68 cm.

the given dimensions may vary by 1-2 cm, Magda is 176cm tall

Composition and care

Composition:

  • 100% Viscose

Care:

  • Hand wash in cold water is recommended, do not wring, hang and allow to air dry.

The fabric may naturally shrink in the wash by 2-5%, which is typical for viscose. Simply use a steamer to return the material to its original shape.

Why should you be here?

Jo.S Mission

We create clothes for women who don't want to look like everyone else. Our short runs, meticulous designs, and exquisite fabrics allow you to dress consciously – with character, without compromise.

Jo.S Vision

Jo.S is an alternative to mass production and repetitiveness. We sew ethically and locally, using fabrics sourced from the archives of the biggest fashion houses – this ensures that each item is limited edition, refined, and made from material that is difficult to acquire a second time.

We sew locally in small family-run sewing workshops, in short series and with respect for the work of experts. We use archival fabrics from the biggest fashion houses, creating an ethical and conscious essence of slow fashion.
