The last video shows how to put on and adjust hakama – trousers that the whole family can wear.
The first stage (shown on black hakama) is performed only once, right after purchase.
Later, only the steps shown on blue trousers remain.
It may seem complicated only the first time, but it quickly becomes as natural as putting on your favorite jeans.
