Shipping

We offer domestic shipping via courier or to InPost parcel lockers.

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DPD or DHL.

We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but no later than within 3 business days of placing the order. The exception is special orders, for which the fulfilment time is agreed individually.

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping. The free shipping threshold depends on the market and currency in which the order is placed.

Free shipping thresholds apply to the order value. The applicable threshold and available shipping methods are automatically determined based on the selected market and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means that any customs duties, import taxes or other fees related to importing the goods into the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
