Kimono Classic Souk Silk

A short kimono inspired by the classic haori. It has wide sode sleeves with characteristic underarm slits and a belt that allows it to be worn loosely or to emphasize the waist.

It's hard to ignore this fabric. Lightweight silk with a twill diagonal weave softly reflects light and drapes beautifully in motion. The multi-colored print, inspired by Moroccan markets, changes its character depending on the light and how it's worn. It's a material that catches the eye, yet remains noble and elegant.

The simple form of the kimono allows the silk to shine. Wear it tied with a belt or leave it open as a light layer over a dress, trousers, or a swimsuit.
