A rook is a chess piece, and it fits our new model perfectly. The name refers to the blazer’s strong, geometric construction and its bold silhouette.
The Rook has a loose, elongated silhouette, dropped shoulders, and characteristically overlapping panels.
A high neckline fastening complements the classic double-breasted closure, placed slightly above side slits that allow for easy access to trouser pockets. This allows the jacket to maintain a clean form while offering more styling possibilities.
The wide sleeves are finished with adjustable buttoned cuffs. The entire piece is lined with soft cupro.
The Rook is crafted from archival suit wool with a touch of cashmere, sourced from one of the finest French fashion houses. It is a modern interpretation of a classic jacket that works just as well as part of a suit as it does as a standalone piece.

We sew locally in small family-run sewing workshops, in short series and with respect for the work of experts. We use archival fabrics from the biggest fashion houses, creating an ethical and conscious essence of slow fashion.
