Description

Kimono made from airy ramie, a natural fabric with a subtle texture and matte finish. Ramie breathes exceptionally well, is extremely durable, and beautifully holds its shape, emphasizing the simplicity of the cut. A distinctive print gives the model a unique look.

The cut references traditional yukata. The kimono features a four-tie closure and a distinctive facing that ends at 3/4 length. This allows it to be worn both as a casual cover-up and a more structured dress.

Features
  • Colour: Intense orange with muted green and subtle pink
  • Slightly sheer, stiffer handfeel
  • Tied with 4 ties
  • 3/4 length sleeves with a slit under the arm.

Composition and care

Composition:

  • 100% Ramie

The fabric may naturally shrink by 2–5%during washing, which is typical for viscose. Simply use a steamer to restore the material to its original shape.

Why should you be here?

Jo.S Mission

We create clothes for women who don't want to look like everyone else. Our short runs, meticulous designs, and exquisite fabrics allow you to dress consciously – with character, without compromise.

Jo.S Vision

Jo.S is an alternative to mass production and repetitiveness. We sew ethically and locally, using fabrics sourced from the archives of the biggest fashion houses – this ensures that each item is limited edition, refined, and made from material that is difficult to acquire a second time.

We sew locally in small family-run sewing workshops, in short series and with respect for the work of experts. We use archival fabrics from the biggest fashion houses, creating an ethical and conscious essence of slow fashion.
