The black oversized trench combines the strong, feminine silhouette of the 80s with inspiration from traditional Japanese samue – clothing once worn by Zen monks as workwear.
It has a loose cut and wide, straight sleeves that can easily accommodate a kimono. Adjustable cuffs allow for a customized fit. The whole is complemented by: a perfectly matched lining, epaulets, a decoratively stitched collar, a waist-cinching belt, and practical pockets.
The fabric deserves special attention – an innovative eco-leather created using powdered eggshell proteins, developed in laboratories as a high-tech solution and sourced from the archives of a renowned English designer. It is a material that not only captivates with its aesthetics and durability but also sets a new direction in responsible fashion.
