A coat inspired by traditional Japanese samue – with a simple, oversized form that softly drapes the figure without stiffness. Instead of a classic lapel, it features a subtle stand-up collar, giving the whole piece a calm, architectural character.

The form remains minimalist and relaxed, but the construction has been refined so that the coat moves beautifully and drapes naturally on the figure.

Made from exceptional, sartorial herringbone in classic shades of grey from the archives of the fashion house Loro Piana. The fabric is incredibly soft and light, yet surprisingly warm – almost resembling a delicate wool sweater to the touch. This is where two worlds meet: Japanese simplicity of form and Italian excellence of fabric.

Inside, the coat is finished with a lining from the archives of Dior – a matte blend of cotton and cupro, chosen to emphasize the overall character and ensure exceptional wearing comfort.

Wide sleeves can be adjusted with a leather button, and a waist belt allows the fit to be tailored to the figure. Deep pockets complete the look – practical, simple, and classy.
