Description

The Cowl – a hood that changes everything

It's not just an ordinary hood. The Cowl is an extended hood in the form of a scarf that envelops, wraps, and adds character to any outfit. You can wear it over a sweater, jacket, coat, or puffer; on the outside or underneath, wrapped around your neck, tied in a knot, fastened with a brooch or decorative safety pin. In every form, it's different – always unique.

It was created with zero waste in mind – we sew it from beautiful fabric remnants that would otherwise be wasted. It is also a tribute to wardrobe longevity – it gives new life to what you already own and allows you to fall in love with your wardrobe again.

The Cowl is more than just an accessory. It's a way to give everyday clothes an unexpected twist, maintain comfort, and at the same time emphasize your style – at your own pace and in your own way.

Why should you be here?

Jo.S Mission

We create clothes for women who don't want to look like everyone else. Our short runs, meticulous designs, and exquisite fabrics allow you to dress consciously – with character, without compromise.

Jo.S Vision

Jo.S is an alternative to mass production and repetitiveness. We sew ethically and locally, using fabrics sourced from the archives of the biggest fashion houses – this ensures that each item is limited edition, refined, and made from material that is difficult to acquire a second time.

We sew locally in small family-run sewing workshops, in short series and with respect for the work of experts. We use archival fabrics from the biggest fashion houses, creating an ethical and conscious essence of slow fashion.
